Lead Times

All of our items are made-to-order. Under normal circumstances, we ship orders within 4 working days. Should our lead times be longer than estimated due to high demand or unforeseeable delays, we will advise you by email.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, we can refund or exchange the item. We must be informed of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be returned to us unworn, unused and in it’s original packaging. Please note that we only refund the cost of the item not the shipping costs. We will not refund or exchange the item until it has been returned to us. If an item is being returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping charges. In the event of an exchange, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges in sending the replacement item. When an item is being sent back to us, we are not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend that you insure the goods for their true value.

If you have received your order and it has been damaged during postal transit, please contact us so that we can file a claim with the relevant carrier. The same applies for missing or lost parcels. For any claim regarding damage in transit, the item and shipping box must be photographed in order to file the claim.
